I think I'd be very wary of using the Daily Torygraph as a source of information. It is as biased and as unreliable as the Daily Heil. How does the cost of living in Nicaragua compare to the UK's - even presuming the paper is correct (which I have severe doubts about).

Also interesting to see some of the debates on the use of the term union jack. Generally the view was that the term Jack was used only when the flag was flown on a vessel at sea but researchers have found evidence of the union flag being refered to as the Union Jack before they were used at sea so ...

Did anyone see the fopur engine aeroplane that flew southwards over Ware about 12:00 today. It was heading towards Stanstead Abbots, perhaps going to North Weald?, rather than towards central London. If anyone did see it do they know what it was?

Don't worry ware_resident many people have done something similar on one forum or another. Oh, you were right when you said 'flats'. We live in Ware, Hertfordshire, not Ware, Massachusetts.

I agree the parking is awful. Strangely for a large store the stock is poor. At 17:00 one day last week they did not have any mushrooms except for very large punnets - way too large for my needs. The only wholemeal bread was the expensive branded bread, costing about £1 instead of 55 pence. I will n...
