Pond relineing

The house we moved into has rather a large garden pond which is leaking ,has anyone any ideas of someone who can remove the fish and reline the pond ? (the herons seem to only be good at the removing part)

I would do it, but due to the liners cost its quite an expensive diy job to get wrong.
