Hill View home, Ware

Anyone know what's happening with the building please? Thanks.
As I understand it :
- the building failed a fire safety inspection
- all the residents, and the staff employed there, have been transferred away this week, mostly to the new, purpose built care home The Chadwick, on Ware Road, Hoddesdon
- the original intention was to reorganise and refurbish Hill View but, I understand, this will now not happen.
I don't know what will happen to the building or site. Sold for flats I wouldn't be surprised
