What with the Maltings building being saved from sale & redevelopment, do people think that the lease for Waggers may again become available?

It would be a shame to see it sit empty especially with all the new building going on in the area, I'm sure someone could make a go of it.

So the whole building will become the Arts Centre then? I only asked btw, no need for the sarcasm.
