The Chairman's statement says the rate of future growth in numbers of stores will slow, not stop. it will be interesting to know what their plans are for Van Hages/hertford in light of this.

That's true. They still have to sort out the situation in Hertford with a shop they have said is inadequate for future needs, and is indeed extremely small but too large for a Waitrose Express or whatever they call it.
