Rock in the Priory

Rock in the Priory takes place one week earlier this year on Sunday, July 19 and the line up features ska, acoustic, rock, blues and everything in between. It starts at 12.00 noon until 8.00pm.

This popular music festival is held on the Island in the grounds of the Ware Priory. It's always well attended so if you want a patch of grass, get down there early with your *picnic.

Entry is £5 adults, £2 concessions, £5 for a family ticket up to 3 children. Tickets will be available in advance from 5th July.

After a hotly-contested Showcase earlier in the year, the very best of local talent will put on a fantastic afternoon's entertainment.

An amazing 11 performances will play on the Priory Island this year including acoustic sets between changes.

This great line-up, along with a specialist outdoor PA and some great specialist lighting courtesy of Martin Saggers makes this the very best of local gigs of be sure to get your spot early.

Gates will open at 11.30am.

* Please note that whilst you are welcome to bring a picnic, no barbecues, glass bottles/containers or alcoholic spirits are permitted. For everyone’s safety and comfort, dogs or bikes cannot be taken onto the Island.
