Police are appealing for information after a man exposed himself in Broadmeads on Wednesday 3rd June around 5:30pm.
The incident comes less than a week after a similar experience in Collett Road on Thursday 28th May.
In the latest incident, a woman was running along a track between The Meads and Broadmeads when she came across a young male standing at the end of the road.
The male started to walk towards the woman before indecently exposing himself to her.
The woman then ran off and the male did not follow.
The male is described as black and was wearing a bright white hoodie and a face mask.
Enquiries onto the incident are continuing and anyone who thinks they may have witnessed the incident, or seen someone in the area matching the description given, is asked to contact PC Dean Watson at Herts Police at dean.watson@herts.police.uk
