When you expand Sundays map it looks like it will fly over Hertford, but its only a rough map so watch the sky between 14:00 - 14:08 on Sunday and you could see the last airworthy Vulcan pass by on its way to Duxford.

Its not the drivers who should be tested, the trailer should. You can tow a trailer / caravan with defects you would never allow on a car.

If the current 30 mph limit is not enforced, then what is the point of a lower limit, that’s not enforced. Its just numbers. Complain to the police, a few hours a month with a speed gun will get the message across far better.

Just to let you know I used DJ's down at Crane Mead, working on the theory they were the nearest. Very friendly and a fair price for the work. So I will be going back there again next year.

I'm not sure of the road names, but they are off Star St, just past the Petrol Station. Thats the original river Lea, its usually only about a foot deep.
