395 bus service
Is anyone aware of notices available for the current 395 bus diversion? I can't seen anything on the website - nothing posted on bus stops etc - this service is currently being diverted but no warning seems to have been given to customers. Many users in the Ware area are elderly, and with two of the...

Re: Spare muscles out there?
The power of the internet is mighty.
Spare muscles knocked at door, uplifted and assembled bed without accepting even a cup of tea.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
What a great decision it was to move to Ware!

Spare muscles out there?
Is there a kind soul in Ware who could lend a hand in moving one fold up guest bed up a flight of stairs in my house?
Too awkward to do on my own - husband disabled - usual helper tied up with work etc
Happy to buy pint or two/donate to local charity in return.
Thought it was worth a try,
Salwal

Driving lessons
Hi,
I think this may have been covered on here before, but can anyone recommend a local driving instructor, preferably good with nervous (and mature) pupils?
If anyone has experience of intensive learner courses that would be helpful too.
Many thanks,
S

Re: Highly reccommend Jacoby's
Hello
Myself and two friends had lunch at Jacoby's on Saturday 1st - good food, excellent service in lovely surroundings.
A good place from which to show off Ware!

Re: Stair lift - supply and fit
Hello, Coincidentally I've been making enquiries on same subject this week. I was put in touch with a local (but large) company called EMS Lifts, via East Herts, who were very helpful on the phone. They also offer a rental service. We're still thinking this over so I'd be interested to hear what oth...

Fence repairs
Hello and (almost) Happy New Year everyone, Thanks to all who recently helped with suggestions for finding a handyman. In the end we we were advised Age UK/Help the Aged offer a handyperson service, along with other useful services. I'm now looking for a fencing person - it's not the whole fence tha...
