Re: Final Masterplan proposal published

Masterplanning Framework Document.

Never have I read a document containing so much jargon, meaningless phrases, empty promises and general bullshit.

This development will blight the town of Ware forever.

Re: Whats Happening?

It's been apparent for a long time that Wareonline has become a less and less popular way of finding out what is going on in Ware, but I still check-in most days. :(

Re: Presdales Pit

This doesn't make sense. On the one hand the sign says that they are intending to construct a cattle market with 220 car and lorry parking spaces, (which they applied for 25 years ago), whilst the Bayfordbury Estates spokeswoman says they are hoping to turn the area into a location for local start-u...

It's now up and running! The driving range is fully operational, the pitch and putt course is open for business, and the short-game practice area is available to use for a nominal charge. I went there today and was very impressed with the friendly and encouraging atmosphere...............give it a g...

Ware Recycling Centre......aka the tip.

I notice on the WRC website today that following a Town Planning Application, there will be a public exhibition at Westmill Farm regarding the proposed redevelopment and expansion of the WRC on Wednesday 28th June from 3:30pm-8:30pm. They state that if you are unable to attend, they will be publishi...

Re: General Election

I think that it has also highlighted how easy it is to promise all sorts of "goodies" to the electorate to tempt them away from the status quo, knowing full well that you will never be able to deliver, as you won't actually be able to afford to.................the grass is always greener.....

Re: What about a day of live music in Ware?

There was a lot of great music in Ware yesterday. I particularly enjoyed The Senses in the Old Bulls Head, and also The Liabilities in the Saracens Head.........two excellent bands.
