Re: Zoological Gardens?
Perhaps I missed it, but no where on the website did I see any indication of an admission charge? Out of interest what is it?

Re: TomTom repairs
What model of Tom Tom is it? Replacement screens are readily available but vary wildly in price depending on the model.
Unless you can fit a screen yourself it is unlikely to be an economical exercise to get it repaired

Re: A10 SLip Road (A414 Harlow) Closure
I would have thought that you could use the B1502 from Rush Green roundabout and rejoin the A414 at Great Amwell roundabout. Take care though there is a nasty bend where this road goes under the A10. There are several ways around it if you are local and know the area but there are lots of people th...

Re: A10 SLip Road (A414 Harlow) Closure
Lets hope that it is signposted better than the closure of the northbound half of the A10 junction at Hoddesdon. Why was there no indication of no access to the A10 northbound at the Morrisons roundabout? Only when you get to the junction over the A10 is there any indication that you have to turn so...

Re: Cart Wheel repairer
As it is only for show I would have thought that anybody that was reasonably competent at woodwork could cut out the rotted wood in sections and replace it with new wood? A job for the average carpenter.

Re: mains water leak at junction of Kingsway and Wadesmill R
Cant imagine how a pipe from an Affinity Water supply is connected to what appears from driving past to be a standard rainwater drain. I rang Affinity when it first started and I got transferred to Herts Highways who looked up their records and said it was theirs. Anyway its obviously not rainwater...
