Some time ago I asked a friend who works there and was told the son has taken over as manager of the shop and is simply not interested in having a webcam. GDPR wasn't mentioned. Whatever, it's not returning.

Further to my post 23Jan When ASDA was granted planning permission, much was made about the benefit to the town with people parking to shop in ASDA and having a linked walk to the High St. It is mentioned in the submitted planning documents. Has anyone noticed the current signs dotted round the car ...

The crime figures in that article are about 50% greater in Hertford/head compared to Ware when I looked some months ago.

I moved across some weeks ago and created Ware North and unwittingly became the lead for it. 59 people had joined in a few days before I closed my account for privacy reasons (full address shown, data sharing, etc). An entry on Streetlife ( dare I mention that on Wareonline) resulted in the phone being reunited with one happy owner. Amazing how many mailed me to say they had just lost their phone!!!
