Difficult to track it down, but it's part of the Hertfordshire Police Safer Neighbourhood Teams and stands for "Priority Setting Forum". Looking at the results and the number of people who voted I wonder how many of those eligible to vote actually did. Shame - it's the only voice you've got and you should use it. You mean the turnout?
