Re: New Manager at Waterside Inn

Re: New Development Lady Margaret Gardens
It was trinity school up until the 80's. Think it sat empty for many years. The houses along tower road were the tennis courts, and where the big building is now was the car park. Lady Margaret gardens is where the school was and where High Oak grove is now was the playing field.

Re: Latest Westmill Landfill Bulletin
I may still have a copy of the map, if so, I will post on here. The map shows the areas that complain the most about the landfill site. Re: Latest Westmill Landfill Bulletin
I think they receive enough complaints to know that there is a problem. I have complained previously. The issue is, that if I continue to complain, there will be a nice big red blob over my house on the environmental map handed to any potential buyers of my property.

Re: Latest Westmill Landfill Bulletin
Sickening smell out there at the moment. I would report, but other than reducing the value of my house, it really appears to have no impact. This time of year, I can cope with it, but with spring nearly here, I can only hope thay get it sorted out!

Food hygiene ratings
I was looking at the Food Standards Agency Website, and was shocked to find some of our eateries have only scores 1 star (out of 5) for their food hygiene. This stands for "Major Improvements Necessary" I would have thought 4 star (Good) would have been the minimum requirement. Well done t...
