Does anyone know of the history of the land where the new development is being built? Lady Margaret Gardens aka High Oak Grove.

I used to live in Cromwell Road aboyt 15 years ago, and cannot remember what was there before..or if indeed it was just a greenfield site.

Is it me, or is there an increase in people letting their dogs mess and not clear up after??

Im sure this thread has been covered before but i have seen a growing thread on stanstead abbotts facebook pages, and people have commented on it in ware as well.

Any thoughts or observations??
