As a leisure facility it would seem to be logical for it to be open when there are people not at work due to the break. Maybe people with some time on their hands and possibly having eaten or drunk too much who feel a few trips to the gym maybe helpful? Especially if those clients have paid upfront ...

Fanshawe has published its Christmas opening hours. They are closed for 8 days over the Christmas break and have reduced hours for a further 8 days. I suspect at this stage they fully expect their submission to be knocked back and re-submitted so in their shoes the first submission would just be to gauge the reaction and scope of changes needed.

I'd agree the gardens are smaller but with land as expensive as it is nowadays it's just not practical to make houses with massive gardens. And from the plans the vast majority of current houses are protected from the new development by their large gardens. We live in Kingsway and have to endure the...
