Perhaps I've missed it, but I've seen no information published about the potential candidates?

Saw them as well, the Rapide is easy to identify, but like you, I couldn't say what the other aircraft was, other than it was a low wing mono-plane of a similar vintage to the Rapide. Coincidentally, a Dragon Rapide was the first aircraft I flew in, some sixty odd years ago.

As I understand it, Tesco in Hertford is dropping it's 24 opening hours this month and changing to closing at midnight and re-opening at 6am...........

Going to be fun when the fair comes to town...... Will there now be room for it?

Pity - I was hoping they'd be improving the access to McDonald's so that the roundabout was not such a dangerous place to negotiate or attempt to get into the petrol station. I didn't realise the bridge itself was the problem. All that needs is a cross hatched area and a strategically placed camera...

Why was this not publicised earlier, to the Ware residents, and a a petition raised with coverage by the local press? With such a well known view of Ware's riverside under threat it might have even got national coverage........
