Just because you never see anyone there doesn't mean there is no work going on! Why not contact to your county councillor and ask what's going on?

I did wonder if it was actually at Rush Green. Is there any work going on yet?

I went past on the A10 yesterday and they were working on 3 out of the 4 piers, so yes, it's going on.

Looks like the road will be back to normal soon.
The covers are off and the repairs seem to be done. The cabins have been removed. Just the road furniture to take away.

When I drove up the A10 from Cheshunt they had signs up saying "works completed 1 week early" - so yes, it looks like they're done!

Call me synical if you like, but it's incredibly easy to make work appear to have been completed early. You arrive at a probable date, add seven days to it, as HCC did and come up with 8th May. Then when the works are completed on the date you first thought of, you can claim they were 'finished early'. If for any reason they take the extra week they were ' finished on time ' You win either way.

Just saying like.......
