Can only go on what the owner said , for one I hope he does / has got approval they work hard and always polite and helpful

Yes, curiously the planners seem to think the extension to the shop would be "visually dominant on the street scene". Seems a very odd reason to refuse permission bearing in mind the "visually dominant" structure on the opposite side of the street!!!!!

can only go by what the owner said, i hope he has/ will get approval he and staff are always hepful and polite

I tried to contact Asda and failed via their website (I got stuck in an FAQ minefield) so I took to Twitter to ask about the supposed layby that was offered up in the consultation and a lady called Steph replied 'I will look into this further for you and get back in touch once we have some information'.

8am - 10pm Mon-Sat
10am- 4pm Sun
