weir at Glaxo

walking into Hertford this morning to see the yarn bombing in Parliament Square I was surprised to see there's no water coming over the weir at Glaxo. Given the rain last weekend I wondered why?

I suspect the wool used in the Yarn bombing has sucked up all the rain!

All the rivers are very, very low. And the meads have been dry for months.
