2 Ware Real Ale Festivals 2018

Proud to confirm the following dates for this years Real Ale Festivals.
13th/14th April - Southern Maltings (Ware Arts Centre)
This years (the 21st) will hopefully be the 1st event held at the ground floor of the Southern Maltings (used to be Waggers) - details will be same as previous years ie £3 to get in, 6.30-11.30 both nights, 30 real ales n ciders.
Saturday July 21st - Fletchers Lea
Proudly part of Ware Festival, 12-11, 22 ales n ciders n wine.

When sampling these fine ales remember many of them will have been brewed with Hops from Nelson New Zealand, I was surprised when I got the number of Hop growers here and its currently expanding. On touring Fuller at Chiswick they had NZ hops in their hop store so I like the link between where I lived and where I live.

On the 24th March I'll be attending Marchfest here in NZ which costs NZ$35 for an early bird ticket and runs from midday till 2130 with music from 1230 till the end the link is for the web site and a good comparison of what happens in Ware, hopefully in March we'll still have some good warmth from the sun.

Tickets now on sale for this years Real Ale + Cider festival which will be held in The Southern Maltings, Kibes Lane - entrance will be at the front of the building and we will have proper toilets! They cost £3 each and advance ticket holders will receive on entry a FREE commemorative glass for this our 21st festival. Tickets available from Crooke Billet, Musley Hill (note opens @ 5.30 mon-fri/open allday sat/sun) and The Brewery Tap, High Street - open all day mon to sun.
Live band Saturday evening will be 'Test the Waters'.

Beers bubbling away nicely and the list should be on our facebook page, one of which is Church End's Gravediggers Ale which was very popular at our first couple of fests.
I think Friday, as per usual, is a sell out but there are still some available for Saturday night - cheers!
