Hertford RFC v Bury St Edmonds RFC result

The toughest of the final three games of the season as Hertford welcome Bury St Edmonds to Hoe Lane.
Back in December Bury won the away leg convincingly 37 - 9 so the Saturday is the opportunity to readdress the balance. Bury are currently sixth in the league and Hertford tenth but a win here will bode well for when they play their game in hand.

Using the point difference Bury St Edmonds are in a better position than Hertford so using that a win for BSE was on the cards. They started well taking a 7 point lead after eight minutes but by seventeen minutes Hertford were level BSE gradually started to pull away and by thirty one minutes were 10 - 15 in front but Hertford got into gear and were in front by thirty six minutes and never looked back with a final score of 39 - 15 which brings Hertford up a place to ninth. A very good convincing win showing how much improvement there has been through the season.
