After a week to think about winning away and hopefully taking influence from the All Blacks Hertford venture into Kent for the away game with Gravesend which will be a win, maybe if they start the game with a Haka it'll help.
Kickoff 3pm
Gravesend RFC v Hertford RFC
Re: Gravesend RFC v Hertford RFC result & fixture
It seems the Garden of England was being watered this weekend but damp conditions did not dampen the spirits of Hertford who were winning at half time 5 - 20 but Gravesend put in a valiant effort in the second half to pull back into contention although not close enough with the final whistle a 14 - 25 victory for Hertford to bring the away tally up to two wins and three losses. Hertford remain seventh in the league but just a single point to the two teams above them and Hertford have the better points difference.
Next Saturday is a home game and a tough one at that as Tonbridge Juddian visit Hoe Lane, Tonbridge have only lost a single game this season and sitting in second place have aspirations of promotion so will be determined to maintain their winning run. They were beaten by third placed Westcombe Park who Hertford beat by a single point at home so anything is possible.
Kickoff 3 pm.
