Rose Cottage

Postby craig » Wed 22 Apr 2015 11:25 am

Ware Online has been contacted by a chap who was born in 'Rose Cottage' in Ware in 1929.
He describes the cottage as a bungalow with a large garden and was owned by Mr & Mrs Fred Barrell at the time.

Can the Ware Online community help locate Rose Cottage as he is soon to visit the town and would like to see his birthplace again.

From a quick internet search:

C-Tech Machines (Which appears to be a sewing/knitting machine supplier?)
Address: Rose Cottage, 18, Hoe Lane
Postcode/City: SG12 9NU Ware

(accepting of course that the house name might not have been the same in 1929!)
