To give them their full title Hertford will be playing London Irish Wild Geese RFC which I believe is part of the London Irish club (L.I.).
After a torrid start to the season Hertford have the single home win to their name so I'm hoping the first away win is on the cards this week but as L.I. have won two out their three games it maybe a too big a call to ask.
Kickoff 3 pm.
L. Irish W.G. RFC v Hertford RFC result
Re: L. Irish W.G. RFC v Hertford RFC result
Alas another loss but this one comes with a positive note.
31 - 6 down at one stage and then a fighting comeback to 31 - 25 which is promising for the future, London Irish Wild Geese lift themselves up a place to third, which also highlights the 25 point achievement, and Hertford rise to tenth place with a bonus point and points difference.
Better times are on the horizon I feel!
