Taxis on a Sunday
Has anyone else had issues getting a taxi on a Sunday night? If you call Amwell Cars it just rings out every Sunday. If you are offering a cab service it should be available 7 days a week!

Why?
You can offer a cab service between the hours of 3 and 4 on a Tuesday if that is what you want to do. You will lose business and people will go elsewhere but you can do whatever you want as long as it is legal.

it rings out because they cannot get the cabbies to work on sundays, it is the day of rest after all

To be fair I know one of the ACS drivers and I thought he did work on Sundays. Apparently not...
Try Foxholes in Hertford, their business model does include having cars available when people want them. Although they may be more expensive as coming from Hertford, depends on where you are going.
